Mountain Movement is dedicated to enhancing outdoor performance and movement skills through tailored training programs. Taryn combines knowledge from various disciplines, including: strength training, mobility & stability, activation work, and conditioning to provide a holistic approach to fitness.
Mountain Movement caters to individuals of all levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, and designs programs to meet specific goals such as improving hiking stamina, climbing skills, or overall athletic performance. PERSONAL TRAINING
Taryn challenge athletes at all levels while ensuring a fun experience, great tunes and goofy jokes. Expect workouts that engage both body and mind, focusing on practical movements to boost balance and power. Together, you will identify exercises, habits, and techniques tailored to enhance strengths and diminish weaknesses for improved health and performance. Private sessions start with a phone consultation about your fitness goals, followed by a physical assessment of mobility, flexibility, and functional movement. You'll receive personalized training programs based on this assessment, targeting goals like muscle building, improving mobility & stability, increased stamina, weight loss, injury prevention, and pain-free training.
